Note: The MyMissionCenter project is currently on hold.
Software can help you be intentional in outreach and in reach in your church or ministry.
MyMissionCenter would be useful for many types of people:
Outreach focused member:
To facilitate Bible studies in the community, the member would need a simple way to organize contacts sorted by who should be followed up with next and to track interactions with the contacts in a simple way. The member needs training resources, reminders, and suggestions for next interaction steps.
Personal Ministries Leader:
This volunteer church leader needs to organize the interests referrals that are coming in for them to facilitate and coordinate followup.
Bible Worker:
A paid or volunteer worker who will have more contacts to manage and who will rely on the software to organize their schedule, needed materials and assist in communication with other church leaders and the pastor.
Elder:
The local church elder will not only want to maintain their own personal Bible study contacts, but will also have in reach activities to organize, such as visitation to each person in their parish group once a quarter, or organizing documents and plans for committee meetings.
Pastor:
The pastor needs a way to efficiently gather a lot of information on their church members and their outreach activities. The pastor may want to visit each member of the church on a yearly basis, to maintain a personal prayer list of members needs. There is a need for visitation and discipleship to facilitate spiritual growth and encourage a culture of soul winning by all members. The pastor also needs help to communicate their church acuities to the conference leaders via monthly reporting.
Conference Leadership:
The conference leaders are over groups of pastors, perhaps in a state or region. They are interested in activity reports for statistics, resource planning and training.
All of these types of needs are solved by MyMissionCenter.com.
The software is Mobile first, and requires a data connection for most use functions. It is free to individual members to use. Churches have more functions and collaborative tools with a small monthly subscription plan.
