MyMissionCenter ("MMC") stores contact information of church (or organization) members and those interested in information from the church (or organization) to facilitate the intentional and timely interactions with these persons. MMC provides our software free of charge to individuals. MMC offers a monthly or annual subscription purchase for churches and organizations. The MMC software encourages member collaboration which is available in the church (organization) context. Personal profile data is not sold to support the MMC service, unlike other "free" social media platforms.

1) Your data is your own, not ours:

• MMC will not release any personal profile contact details to third parties.
• MMC will not sell person profile data, nor will we partner or collaborate with others in a way that exposes any personal profile information of yourself, nor any of the personal profile data of people that you enter into the MMC software.
• If you opt-in to receiving Interests from other websites, such as BibleStudyOffer.com, MMC will confirm your acceptance of the incoming person profile with the original website. [perhaps we don't need to talk about this at all, as this link would be opt-in, and not applying to everyone...]

2) We believe in security:

• MMC will monitor server security and abide by all applicable laws to keep you and your data safe.
• MMC will keep your data secure as it passes from our servers to you by SSL encryption.
• MMC will keep your payment info secure by SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3) Only anonymous statistics may be shared:

• MMC may promote its service by mentioning anonymous statistics such as "Using the MyMissionCenter platform, 8,300 organizations have maintained relationships with 500,000 contacts in 2018."
• MMC may share anonymous data with parent organizations such as statistics within a conference of churches. An example: "MyMissionCenter participating churches of the Lake Union logged 144,000 Bible Studies in 2020."

4) We do not support spam:

• MMC will communicate with those who setup a MMC admin account as needed to maintain billing or other administrative purposes.
• MMC offers communication and collaboration tools for your use. But we as the MMC system administrators will never communicate with the person profiles you enter into the system.

5) MyMissionCenter will use cookies carefully: (A cookie is a small text file that MMC may store on your device.)

• MMC software cookies will not contain personal or sensitive information.
• MMC software cookies will only contain anonymous app settings & preferences.
